Step 2 — Upload your sequence

Paste your onboarding emails separated by ---. Include subject line and body for each email. Add your activation goal (optional but recommended). Minimum 3 emails. Maximum 12.

Step 3 — Get the diagnosis

The engine analyzes your sequence as a system. Results appear in 30–60 seconds. You get: health score, activation gaps, failure pattern breakdown, rebuilt emails, user psychology map, and recommended first fix.

Step 4 — Ship the rebuild

Every rebuilt email is ready to copy and paste into HubSpot, Customer.io, Intercom, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign. No engineering involvement.
